Tusok Studios is a tattoo and body piercing studio that only accepts female and LGBTQ+ clients (no cis straight men). The studio officially opened on April 4, 2022. The studio was started by Noreen Sta. Ana during their tattoo session in a home studio. Despite having enough experience with tattoo and piercing clients, it is still not enough to join a professional tattoo and piercing shop. Furthermore, our vision as artists does not align with other shops in the area. Upon talking about taking our careers further, the plan of having our studio started. Luckily, there was an available unit in the apartment Noreen lives in. 

The artists of our studio are part of the LGBTQ+ community, and we have a good chunk of bad experiences with cis straight men who harassed and made us uncomfortable. From this experience, Noreen and Lloyd have decided to build a studio that provides a safe space for women and queer people who want tattoo and piercing services. Being aware of stepping into a male-dominated profession, we take the challenge to provide a new environment for our clients. We also feature queer guest artists to help the community. 

Our studio is DTI certified and currently processing our BIR certificate. We are also in the process of obtaining their DOH certificate for Blood Born Pathogens Training and Fundamentals of Tattooing which will be completed this year 2022.
