What are your specialties?
I do handpoke tattoos! I like to do a variety of styles but I currently lean more towards intricate blackwork, or designs with lots of shadows, contrasts, stippling/dotwork.

When did you start with your art?
I started learning about handpoke tattooing in 2020 when almost everyone was picking up new things to do to cope during the COVID lockdown. I also considered machine tattooing but at the time, the materials needed for handpoking were more accessible to me. I didn’t take it seriously until December 2021 when I officially started tattooing other people.

How did you start?
I am self taught so I pretty much learned everything on the Internet. I researched about sanitation, infection control, materials needed, techniques like needle depth, size — everything. I first started practicing on myself then on willing friends.

Profession besides being an artist?
I am currently a fulltime handpoke tattoo artist! I would like to become an illustrator too, someday.
